Payment & billing
Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe. Late payments may incur additional charges. Custom software or website projects may require an upfront deposit.
Intellectual property
Software, websites and digital assets developed by JBKlutse Ventures remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranty & support
Limited post-development support may cover bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance and updates require a separate service agreement.
Limitation of liability
JBKlutse Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Clients remain responsible for approved third-party integrations and their own data-handling obligations.
Termination & suspension
We may suspend or terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment or activity that compromises business integrity, security or lawful operation.
